Please don't buy from comfort furniture situated at aunth. After finalizing sofa set cost more than 80k then told me that I have to pay cash we don't accept card or cheque. If you want to pay via card or cheque then I have to pay 12.5% tax extra which then dont told us at time of finalizing the sofa set. Even after paying that much cash they are not even ready to give us valid bill. They said that we are not provide printed bill or valid bill for that I have pay tax extra. They provide only receipt on local bill paper which even not having any value if you try to file complain against them.

WORST EXPERIENCE and UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT
I bought furniture from Comfort Furniture hub Aundh Pune worth nearly Rs.70, 000. With in 5 months the soft materials on them started weathering. When I requested service as it is with in warranty period, they refused and asked me to pay nearly 14000 to replace the soft top of few furniture items. Their explanation was my shock. "Only hard wooden parts are covered under warranty"!!! In the name of long warranty they cheat with selling the furniture with sub-standard soft materials. According to me it is completely unprofessional and cheating the customer. I feel I am cheated.
