I ordered TataSky connection and paid full amount online. Person came to house but there was no signal for connection so I cancelled the connection and requested for refund of my paid money(Rs 1799). At that time they said, ok we will refund your money with in 7 days. Now Nobody is picking up call nor responding over email or chat. If you call for a new connection. they immediately call back, abut as soon as you talk about refund, they disconnect the call... This is open cheating. I request, please return my hard earned money.
