Compare Dth / Vserve eCommerce Sales & Service — did not get dth connection

This is regarding my new connection order no. CDT[protected] I have place an order yesterday around 11-12 am, But still I did not get my connection they told me that it will take 4-6 hrs in total process so I already paid 450 rupees in advance.
Now I am calling your customer support team they are not picking my call,

As I have received customer id and airtel dth connection provider detail I have called him he said we are unable to provide you a dth connection request received from comparedth call them and tell them that I have already a connection request before from same mobile number and name first cancel the same or book connection from another name or number please help or arrange a call back asap.
