I have ordered yesterday dish nxt HD box with one month all hd channels and still not installed. Regarding this no call back and status update by anyone. The agent said that the technician will visit your before 7:30 pm but till now no response from the team. I just only booked my connection on one condition that they will installed on same day. But still next day i did not received anything. Please refund my money.
