Compare Dth / Vserve eCommerce Sales & Service — I paid 1599rs but did not get any connection

They do a lot of advertisement through https website. I thought everything is fine. A person abhishek (As he told) called me from mobile number [protected] and told me to pay in comparedth site. Of course initially, i saw the ad on google. I called the company. Then the call came. He told that if i book the dth through the site then i will get a sports shoe and i will get the connection within 4 hours. Now the company website contacts, all displayed phone number including abhishek's number is not receiving any call. This is a fraud site. I am surprised about how people can do this? I wish some strong action must be taken.
