I have purchased dishtv connection through comparedth on sep 5th 2016. shivani was the sales person who attended my call. i have paid rs 1499 for dish tv and rs 199 for the shoes online. it was told 15-25 days shoes will be delivered. but today its 35th day so far i din't receive any thing. they asked my payment details for the shoes shipment charges. i also shared every details but after wards there is no response from them even after sending multiple emails and calls. Please help me to get either shoes or the shipment charges (rs 199) back, it seems they are making fake offers to the customer. I have already written to Dish tv with my registered mobile number and payment id and order id. Also I got a call from dish tv on this saying they can't help on this.
