Hi team,
This is to the above mentioned subject related to a new dish tv connection with the vc number's vc [protected] & vc [protected], as i have booked this connection through comparedth.com, i have booked max hd pack with annual subscription (Two connections) as per the invoice mentioned in the below mail trail. The sales executive (Astha) from comparedth.com has told me that this is a new pack which has been launched in north and it's coming up in south too and provided the details which includes one south regional pack free for which i have opted for tamil language, after making the payment i didn't get the connection on time, when i inquired they told me that there are some technical glitches for that pack in south, for the same i requested them to refund my money and the same has been accepted and they told me to raise an request in the website which i have done immediately but i didn't get any confirmation call nor any receipt for accepting the complaint, when again i called the customer care they told me that once i have raised an online request it will take 15 to 20 days to get my refund, but they have put me in a lurch without any documented confirmation,
Coming to the interaction with the dish tv customer care i came to know that the pack which i have selected contains only hd channels where as i am not getting the regular channels apart from that there is no south regional pack for which the executive is telling me that is an max hd north pack, more over to my disguise the telecast is not up to the mark every now n then the signal gets lost. This is very unsatisfactory from a brand like dish tv, when i requested the dish tv customer care they r coming up with company policy n all,
Request to look into this matter and come up with an positive response and get the refund back at the earliest.
