Cancellation of installation against merchant reference no. CDT[protected] vide EBS payment id:[protected] has been placed on 21.04.2019. Yet the refund amount has not been processed. They had assured me to refund the amount in 5 to 7 working days after placing the cancellation request. But yet they are asking to wait for 7 to 10 days more. Action needed urgently.
