Request for refund for non installation of DTH connection mail dated 21.04.2019 has been done. I was assured to get back my refund in 5 to 7 working days. But yet the refund amount is not recieved till date. I have spoken to the company yet today and they are seeking more 7 to 10 days for refund hereon.
