I have ordered dish tv on 6 th jul nd cancelled the order on 9 th jul. As the dish was not installed on the promised time nd neither there was proper response from the service provider. After cancelling the order still i have not got the refund of the amount which i paid. Neither their number is reachable nor they are trying to contact me regarding the issue. Jul 25, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Actually I got a call from dish TV. They confirmed that they are having talk with comparedth.com. Com and finally I got a call from them and they confirmed about refund Compare DTH / Vserve Ecommerce Sales & Service customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
