[Resolved] Compare Dth / Vserve eCommerce Sales & Service — regarding new connection | |||
Dear sir, I purchased dish tv-dth from this site. I also paid them rs.1699 via upi but nobody visited for installation. So i make a call for cancel my connection and requested for refund. But nobody from there end has even showed courtesy to call me. For cancellation i am trying to 200+ calls on there number which two option (1) for new connection & (2) for complaint. When you press 2 no-body will respond but whenever you will press (1). They will immediately pick your call, but they immediately cut your call if you try to explain them your problem by pressing (1). I call them many time all the time i don't get any solution from the customer site. Please find the below information about my order & payment. Order id-cdt[protected] Please help me.
