Hello, I have a made the purchase for dish tv dth hd by paying online of rs 1590.00. I have got a confirmation for my order id: cdt[protected] nd i have attached the same. the problem now is they promised for installation on 28th july 2016, but i did not get any communication call or sms on the same. i tried contacting online char but they do not respond for any complaints. they only respond to new purchase. call are unanswered. now i am in situation for losing the money i have paid. Payment done with following details, request raised for refund since no one contacted even after 48 hrs
No phone is accessible for complaints only for sales
No confirmation regarding cancellation or refund or any other status
CAn i get back my money or its all fraud just to cheat customers
Do i need to file a FIR to get the refund or apply in consumer court
