I booked a dth connection on 3rd of sep paying 1699/- via [protected]@paytm. On 5th of sep. L cancelled my order due to some personal reasons but till today i did'nt receive my money. Although i make numbers of call to dth complaint section & forward two complaints on compare dth complaint section but with all efforts i did not get my money back. Pl. Make payment as early as possible

When i am calling to thier customer support, executive received my phone. When i am asking about my invoice, offer pack they are disconnecting my phone. It's fraud to customer. They are cheating to customer. No one is responsible person to deal these issue. I requested to google please don't use their platform for cheating customer for suchtype site. Also there is no information given to me how will i get my shoes. Whenever i call comparedth customer care they either dont connect me, or dont listen to my querry and hang up the call.
I am totally dissatisfied with comparedth service and now i want my refund of 1550 as it failed to provide me with my new connection.

I took two boxes connection of tata sky and your agent told me a free package of hindi hd lite but i got a pack of hindi startup pack.And also did not get a link of free sports shoes with the connection.He told me to get 2000 rs vouchers with each connection but i got only one.

While offering for airtel dth connection operator told that you are eligible for 2 sport shoes being under 100 connections on the day and you have to pay only shipping charges only where is that gift no mail regrading this is sent to my regd email address. I had purchase a dishtv connection from compare dth in 1999 they promise me to give free shoes after that they charged 199 for shipping charges of shoe, but when i got that shoe it was so cheap in quality and size was not that which i demanded. From last 30 days coustomer care is not helping me u was jst call them again and again but i didnt get any positive response. Comparedth is a fraud, liar and a cheap company.

Finally i received the shoes. (No one has contacted me on the phone/ or via email.) At the time of purchase of Airtel DTH they told me that they will offer sports shoes of worth of Rs. 2000. But the shoes that I receive its not more than a garbage with price value of Rs. 100. My advice, do not waste your 199 courier charges in dream of getting good quality shoes.

Nobody attending given phone. If at all some one attend they donot respond to querry and divert to some one else.

Request to fulfill your offers to have trust for next deal.

Updated by Amit Sharma Haritash Compare dth provide fake packages earlier but at the time of delivery we received totally different and there is no response after payment i called them 100 times they are only referring no body gives a response. I think there services are fake because first of all they didn't pick a call easily atleast they will take 10 minutes after that they are not giving proper resolution...

I have firstly ordered on 14 july 2019 for the installation of airtel hd box and chhannels but then i have canceled the order because company is providing me sd channel and i want hd channel, because of this issue i cancelled
But from 14 next 14th is going to be arrive means there is a month from which i have not get my cashback today is 5th of august i have called to the company more than 20 to 30 times but they have always said that refund is in the process you will get refund in next 3 days but i have never got it

if i call then always they add 3 days extra to it but does not send my money back
I have done a complaint on national consumer helpline with reference number 1502515

Compamy is wrost and their representatives and the people who are not listing to any body
Compare dth does not have any complaining body which can resolve querires of the customer they are fraud
