With reference to digital tv id [protected], we have done recharge of rs 320 on 4 february.
But today i am not able to watch tv (Message says service suspended).
I have called service center they r saying due to upgradation of my account on 14 february my a/c has been suspended. This is not my mistake as already i had done recharge after 1 february.
I want the refund of my remaining balance in my account then only i will do next recharge.
Please look into matter otherwise i will took next step of deactivating it.
