[Resolved] Compare Dth / Vserve eCommerce Sales & Service — Tata sky dth connection refund

I had placed an order for a tata sky dth connection with compare dth for an annual hd ultra pack by paying ₹7, 600 on sunday 13 november 2016. Tata sky called me and refused to install the dth connection. Then i filled up compare dth's refund form and requested for refund of ₹7, 600 on tuesday 15 november 2016 but it has not been received yet. My order details are as follows:

I tried making innumerable calls to compare dth but to no avail. Before i purchased the product they called me every 15 mins but since the time i am asking them for my refund they just do not take my call and even if the call goes through they cut it mid way through the conversation. The staff is extremely rude and unhelpful.

Updated by akshay_prabhu RMN is [protected]. Subscriber ID is [protected]. Tata Sky replied on this thread asking for RMN and subscriber id but after my response with the above details on the same day, there is no communication whatsoever. This is extremely poor on the part of both a reputed company like Tata Sky as well as Compare DTH. Could I get to know what is the status of this complaint?
