[Resolved] Compare Dth / Vserve eCommerce Sales & Service — Tata sky dth connection refund | |||||
I had placed an order for a tata sky dth connection with compare dth for an annual hd ultra pack by paying ₹7, 600 on sunday 13 november 2016. Tata sky called me and refused to install the dth connection. Then i filled up compare dth's refund form and requested for refund of ₹7, 600 on tuesday 15 november 2016 but it has not been received yet. My order details are as follows: Order id: cdt[protected] Order date/time:[protected]:12:28 Order status: pending Payment status: paid Txn. Id:[protected] Payment id: 63022725 I tried making innumerable calls to compare dth but to no avail. Before i purchased the product they called me every 15 mins but since the time i am asking them for my refund they just do not take my call and even if the call goes through they cut it mid way through the conversation.
