Comparedth.com — Misleading by sales executive about product | |||||
Http://Comparedth.com is very very strong with marketing but final service is all opposite. Their sales executive mislead tacticfully. I bought from them dish hd setopbox ONLY because their sales exe confirmed to me that "with external harddisk attached" i can record "as per harddisk space" available. After 3 hrs of installation done the installation guy tells me that ONLY 1 HOUR recording possible irrespective of harddisk space. I was ŕeady to shell out more money for upgrading setopbox because JUST 1 HOUR REC is not what i wanted. This company www.comparedth.com is fake. Plz be away from their internet ads and marketing calls. I have forwarded this to all my facebook friends. Plz share and save your friends. I hope they contact me. Compare DTH / Vserve Ecommerce Sales & Service customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Feb 01, 2017 Updated by Mrudang Mathuria Their complaint url which they sms opens a 404 error page. Their complain from phone just takea your recording and never anything happens.Worst.. even aftr all this my dish is not yet active. Attaching the images.    | |||||

I was confirmed set top box recording HD service with titanium annual pack of monthly cost of Rs535/- against the payment of Rs4690/-. But the pack which I have got is simply a basic pack.
