Comparedth.com — Non-refund of my installation charges due to order cancellation rs 1499

I have paid Rs 1499 for DISH TV HDD RECORDER DTH connection through internet banking but immediately cancelled it within 15 minutes as i no longer required it and also send e-mail of cancellation and also called the customer care of comparedth.com


However, they have not refund my money rs 1499/- till yet almost 2 months have passed.

I have also talked with customer care of DIsh tv. They said since you have cancelled the order, we have refunded money to comparedth.com.

Now, comparedth.com is not replying my e-mails. They are not taking my phone.

If i call like a new customer, then immediately they ringback but when i asked them about the refund, they immediately disconnect the phone.

Pls refund my hard earned money back.
