Comparedth — Installation not done after payment of 5970/- and not replying to mail calls or chats

Hi Sir,
I Had purchased "dishtv hd recorder with 1 year max hd plan and malyalam pack" from Compare DTH on Aril 1st 2017. It was promised by representative that, i will get a call with in 4 hours after the payment and get connection with in 24 hrs, i.e. before Saturday end of the day (02 April 2017). Till now i didn't get any call, i tried more than 50 times to the company contact numbers, , for communicating the issue, It is really disappointing that there is no reply for calls, mails or chat, I was trying from last 4 days to get the connection status. They are purposefully disconnecting calls if i asking for the status of my connection. And i sent more that 10 mails to to their support department. Not getting any reply.I had all evidence of Chat with customer care,
Recorded Phone conversation with customer executive while doing the payment and all Invoice sent through mail and phone SMS). Please do something fast. because these frauds have well designed sites, Facebook pages etc.. Kindly do necessary actions to shutdown this fraud company and all its internet sites and pages.
