Complaint Against Parking Agency Team — Parking AMT overcharged by parking agency

In Indore station I parked my i-10 for upto 18 hours for which I had been told 180 parking charges of my car.when I asked & requested to present written proof against their charges in details they're unable to present & start threatening to me with using abusive words.

So here I wud like to request the senior railway authority officers to take serious action against the parking agencies to stop doing this in future with any of railway customers.
