[Resolved]  complaint board — they harass me

Sir! Recently I have gone through a case. I had post a complaint against shiksha.com on http://www.complaintsboard.com. Due to that complaint shiksha.com contacted me and resolve my problem. I was very thankful to complaintboard.com. But when I ask them to remove my complaint, they said its not in their policy, and if we want it to be removed we have to give them money. Its highly unfair, are they people help us or wants to take advantage of our problem. This is really shameless that they charged us money for removing my complaint only. I want to submit a complaint on your site, but I want to know that, are you genuinely help me or doing the same thing, that your policy and all that stuff.
