Sir! Recently I have gone through a case. I had post a complaint against shiksha.com on http://www.complaintsboard.com. Due to that complaint shiksha.com contacted me and resolve my problem. I was very thankful to complaintboard.com. But when I ask them to remove my complaint, they said its not in their policy, and if we want it to be removed we have to give them money. Its highly unfair, are they people help us or wants to take advantage...

Are you providing any solution to any complaint or just displaying in the complain board?

1. I have not received any solution to my complains forwarded to complain board so far.

2. How can you assure that you've resolved the issue without informing the same to informer?

3. Lot of allegations are projected to you but but many of those have you solved? How can you proof that?

4. Do you reconcile any problem promptly with your online protocol? How can you assure it?
