Complaint Fastag Not Received Yet — fastag application no :- hfr354991 submitted on dated:-11.11.2019 not received

I apply for fastag online on dated 11.11.2019. My application no:- hfr354991.
I apply by hdfc bank account id reference. The notification was successfully submitted. By their notification fastag to be deliver within 7 working day. Now til date they are fail to deliver fastag. Hdfc bank service is totally fraud. They are only collecting money from their customers. I contact many time to their customer care they are making different types of excuses. They are extend date time to time.
