Online Medical Store India, Delhi — Wrong dispatch of medicine purchased online and amount not refunded. | |||||
I has placed above order online at Online Medical Store India (https://omsi.in) for 6 sets of Maxnuron-LC tablet costing Rs.1666/-. However, the said seller dispatched (received on 23.02.2016) Maxnuron LC soft gel capsules instead of tablets which are not as per order. This is to mention here that the seller was contacted immediately after receipt of the wrong medicine for return of the same through e-mail ([protected]@omsi.in) but no response was received till 24.02.2016, 2PM(IST). Moreover, the seller was contacted over phone ([protected]) however the seller insisted for use of wrong medicine they dispatched and cut the phone line. This is to mention here that the seller site also reflected Maxnuron LC tablet not soft gel capsules. In view of the seller should take return of the medicine dispatched and refund the amount as laid in their online portal. Was this information helpful? | |||||
