    I had placed an order on Thursday afternoon and they sent me a message in WhatsApp that they have sent via courier and provided a tracking detail. The tracking detail still shows no update and the courier company has confirmed that there is no booking in the number. After Thursday evening, the customer support has stopped responding to my messages requesting update on the status of my order.

      They are doing fraud in online shopping and sending the wrong product to the customer and after that not returning the product. I am getting wrong product with different color, I have order blue color suit and get red color suit with missing dupatta

          Medicine order

          I ordered medicine with 2610.00 on July 3rd. It's beeb complete one month and I have not received the same. They are asking to wait but how much time one should wait for medicine.

          They are even not refunding the money to order the medicine from somewhere else....

          I Ordered Set of 4 stretchable anti wrinkle shirts through online shopping platform worth 1199/- business owners are listed here like but I have Received 2 Shirts and all are very dirty like Very worsted its Also used shirts one shirt collar is teared and very ugly another one is very tiny shirts this completely very fraud there are having with customers on delivered packed, contact no is not mentioned, I Request You Please Refund the amount and take back the not useful product it's very dirty and stinky

            I got an add in my facebook of this cheater (the then I dint know). So i registered and they gave me 88 rs. To purchase an item i had to recharge 200 rs. It went on step by from rs 200 to 800 to 1, 535 to 2, 100 to 14, 150/- all total 18785 just in one day they took from me. They are real cheater, please do not believe them.

            They even showed certificate from Flipkar, Amazon, Snapdeal, eBay etc.

            I am ruined with one month income.

                  On 22.04.2023 i place a order regarding medican and also has paid Rs.5670 as advance payment.pre paid.i was told by Sandeep company worker that i will get tracking ID.but till date i don't not get anything not my order.

                    Fraud: They hide imp. information before order. Just want to have your money and disappear.

                    Order # 2927818

                    I ordered Bugleweed for Rs. 1740. They dont allow tracking. They dont respond on whatsapp.

                    After 7 hrs. of ordering, I was informed, that my product will take 7-8 weeks to reach and I might have to pay 30% extra if the product gets stuck in customs.

                    This is a fraud company for sure. On call, there's a lazy representative saying pls mail us for initiating the refund.

                              I ordered some medicines from omsi.in on 25th Aug, 2022. I paid for faster delivery in 2 days.

                              Its been 7 days since, they haven't even shipped my order(#2912724) yet.

                              I think omsi.in is running a fraud business, they are taking money from customers & not delivering the order.
