[Resolved]  Online Marketplace Store India [Omsi] / Online Medical Store India — Fraud: They hide imp. information before order. Just want to have your money and disappear.

I ordered Bugleweed for Rs. 1740. They dont allow tracking. They dont respond on whatsapp.

After 7 hrs. of ordering, I was informed, that my product will take 7-8 weeks to reach and I might have to pay 30% extra if the product gets stuck in customs.

This is a fraud company for sure. On call, there's a lazy representative saying pls mail us for initiating the refund.

It's bloody medicine they are selling and they display no ethics, no professionalism.

OMSI has fully refunded my amount within 3 hrs. of requesting a refund. I'll take my words back. They are legitimate and aren't a fraud! I don't have a complaint against them now. I've already requested 'consumercomplaints.in' to remove the complaint.
