Hello team, I want to close my indiabulls dhani loan, i have called 3-4 times on your customer help line, every time they told me that we'll send you a link for the foreclose the account, still i haven't receive it. Can you please contact me or send me the link, so i can close the loan. Other thing is when you guys call us for the loan at that time everything goes smooth, but when we require help from your end then why you guys were behaving like we made a mistake.
