[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — fraud flier | |||
Today i received a post from snapdeal pvt ltd, nalni ranjan avenue, basantala saha road, new alipore, kolkata - 700053. Letter says that i have won prize money of rs. 1lakh + a scratch card. Scratch card shows additional winning 10lakhs. Total 11 lakhs. They have mentioned not to contact the customer care number of the company, instead contact their number [[protected]]. I ordered huda beauty set of 16 combo but i received only 3 lipsticks with opened packing parcel and back of the parcel amount was RS 300 with MRP..Return status was showing return request closed.. why u are cheating customers?i want my money back
