[Resolved] Snapdeal — closed my return request | |||||
Sir i have ordered a fossil watch and first of all they delivered to me successfully and they have updated on the website as "item cancelled" when i raised a concern as well as return request they told that we will update in 24-48 hours everyday they told the same and it's been more than one month now they have closed the return request.. And for another order of the same product which i got defective they did the same and said that u have to keep it we can't process your return due to our policies..
