[Resolved]  DishTV — This VC is not allowed to login (Pick By Channel Subs)

i like to change my pack after 4 months using that dumb pick my channels.. but every time i login it show error message "This VC is not allowed to login (Pick By Channel Subs)". never use Pick my channels bcaz pure cheating.. VC:[protected]

RECHARGE WAS UNSUCCESSFUL BUT REFUND NO DONE YET

RECHARGE OF DISH TV DTH [protected] OF RS.200/- WAS UNSUCCESSFUL DATED 13TH DEC; 2013. AND ORDER NO.[protected]. BUT AMOUNT NOT REFUNDED TILL TODAY. IN HAVE RECHARGED WITH ONLINE RECHARGE SITE. PLEASE CHECK STATUS.

Very irritating that I am also facing this problem.
I wanted to add one more channel in existing "Pick By Channel", but not able to log in. Even customer care team is NOT having any idea on this. I do NOT know how these people serve their customers.

I am not able to login after subscribing to Pick my Channel Subscription.

I immediately want to add a channel but due to this issue I am notable to do it. Also your customer care is not helping or replying to my E-mails. Please do the needful ASAP.
