Very irritating that I am also facing this problem.

I wanted to add one more channel in existing "Pick By Channel", but not able to log in. Even customer care team is NOT having any idea on this. I do NOT know how these people serve their customers.

I am not able to login after subscribing to Pick my Channel Subscription.

I immediately want to add a channel but due to this issue I am notable to do it. Also your customer care is not helping or replying to my E-mails. Please do the needful ASAP.

I subscribed for pick by channel service few days back and now I'm not able to login.
Why such bad user experience ? not expected from the brand like Dish TV .
