[Resolved] 100Bestbuy.com — No Extra Courier Charges | |
Hello All, One of my friend suggest me to purchase products from 100bestbuy.com, their products is really good and very easy to purchase through online and they are very cooperative. Then one day i open 100 best buy. com site and ordered one kind of product which was combo offer (Shri dhan laxmi yantra + Reebok watch + HP pen drive) for that i made a payment online through c_c avenue merchant against 100bestbuy.com worth Rs 1575 / including all taxes and courier charges when the delivery reach our home the courier guy asking money for delivery that product.Then i called to 100bestbuy.com customer’s care executive then they told to me don’t accept that product, now we will send one mail to courier branch and they will send to tomorrow or today evening they will dispatch the product to your home, and till evening i got that product on normal delivery with no any extra courier charges. thanks 100bestbuy.com thank.
