i purchased i pod by 100 best buy.com i order for black ipod but they send white i pod and memory card also missing.
so request i want to replace into black color i pod with 2 gb memory card.

i did complains in customer for that ipod whatever i got that and they solved that problem
and they send me the black color ipod with 2GB memory card now its working and i happy with that

I had orderd ipod+ watch combo, the product which I received was not of good quality, they req me to send it and they will provide refund..
I have spent Rs 150 on courier and total amount I paid was RS 900 for ipod + watch..
I have received cheque for only Rs 500, they have deducted Rs 400 for office expense and courier..
This company is cheat, I have all their emails, I am going to forward this to all employees working in dell, informing not to purchase any product from this website as this is fraud...

Dear 100bestbuy.com ( Cheaters), I am also a victim o[censored]r fraud deal in ipod. I have received two road side quality ipods whose handsfree is damaged and even the ipod after inserting the memory stick is not at all detecting when connected to computer.

I have lodged an official Police complaint against you guys. anyways my money has gone but certainly I am going to followup with my FIR lodged against you and will ensure they will take stirn action against you cheaters.

i just bought an ipod from this website which they said is of branded companies like apple, sony, transcend etc. I ordered one but the product is not worth a single penny, its all broken with no memeory card and damaged headphone wires. I wanted to bring into the notice of every concerened authority that by cheating your customers you cannot continue in this business any longer. All the consumers plz dont believe the testimonial written on the site they are all fraud. Its better that you replace my product with better and new one which is in working condition. otherwise kindly pay me my money back.

I have orderd 1 sony ipod but i have not received sony ipod. it's a local ipod and i also commited to get 1 charger, 1 no 5 gb memory card but it's not fulfil so i want to return this package and want my money back which is Rs. 699/-
or send me sony ipod with 1 charger and 5 gb memory card in the replacement of received ipod.

I ve orderd ipod+ watch combo the product which I received was not good quality then i called them and complained to replace the product . Then cust care guy send me the address to send that back . then after few days i got branded i pod i dint pay any extra courier charges . I am satisfied your product now .

I completely agree with all of you. I have received a bag of cheap quality, they said that they will give me one bag of good quality and a watch n i jst received a bag . I am trying calling them but no one is responding for it. Once a person attained my call & said me that they will send me a watch.But till today means about 1 month I have not got any reply from them..So advised u not to order any product from them.They may be fraud.Can someone tell me how to get rid of it and how to get the money back and also how do we put a case against them.its a lo far company. somebody need to take action on this type of companies

i had ordered an ipod & watch on 20.09.2011 and paid 1099/- online but till date i have not received the product and despatch details.
its a lofar company. somebody need to take action on this type of companies.
