Request confirm is this...

i also got same message on 9th of december.. as both o[censored]s got the same messge this might be a fake message

PM IST in mobile saying that I have won GBP 200, 000 in an International (Shell) Mobile Draw 2008 from SPDC UK. Further to this, to claim my prize money I should contact Dr. Philip at [protected] or E Mail at [protected]@live.com.i have contacted Dr.philip and he told me to send my account no and adress .
Sir this mobile draws is true or not .

Request for confirmation on authenticity.
