[Resolved] Info Network Management Co. Pvt Ltd. Aka Call Ezee Sms Service — Improper Service | |
Dear All, Dont Ever Ever Trust Yahoo Call Ezee people. Neither Call Ezee heads are botherd nor the Yahoo Investors who have 30% stake in the compnay. I have registered my company with them last week of June, the sales person who had come down had said to me the we get huge numbers of call for your indiustries. Listening to the numbers i was surprised however i had asked him to send 20% on the total number of query. 2 Weeks after sigining he contract did not get any call from the sales or customer care dept. Realted to my services begin started or not. After which in the third week i gave them a call n that is when my services were started. The Sales guy had mentioned about a Kit which never arrived nor a email stating that the services has been started. 2 weeks passed no SMS or Email from the them. Called the Sales rep who visited me said the top managers being partial and are ignorin my side of customers. Asked him to give me the number and he mentioned i am reacing office and call once figure out the issue. Gave me 6524 6541 / 6524 6522 asked me to talk to Ms. Ashraf, now these lady tells me i dont know what the sales rep has told you but, we cant give any commitment. Everthing depends on the call flow. I had a major argument with this lady which means that your sales team is informing with the right information. She said let me look into this and i wil porsonally call you back. I have been trying to get intouch with them since then no answer. I also wrote to two of heads of the Call Ezee Mr. Ritesh Limaye who is . V P at INMAC (CallEzee) and Keith Nelson MD International Emergin Market who had decided to invest in the company. There has been no reply to it nor any from CallEzee had given a call. Today I called the Ms. Ashraf on the two of the above given number it kept on ringin. I tried calling again the both the numbers were busy. Tried calling the Sales rep who had come for the contract he answered my 9th call to him and said will call u back as was in a meeting. Ofcourse I certainly didnt want to disconnect the line. Again a same reply he will talk to his manager and revert. I asked him for the number he gave it to me. Mr. Mithes who heads the sales Dept. took all the details and said will call back. I fully agree with Mr. Akar Parekh we are all have really been cheated by them. Let us together proceed to consumer forum.
I have registered my company on 18th August, 2009 with them for SMS campaign vide Contract receipt No. 4917 . The sales person who had come down had told me that they campaign by large number of SMS by which we get huge numbers of calls for our services for which Rs 2500/- was paid by me vide State Bank of Hyderabad cheque No 510199 dated[protected]. No SMS are given so far. Number of times I talked to them on phone 277 77 777 call ezee but it is mere waste of our time in addition to our money.

The company called solomio is a fraud company they are cheater they place orders to exporter and then cheat them by not paying . the general manager merchandiser is a fraud nd he is aflurty guy who alwys play with females being not satisfyd with his wife he play with other females.

My experience with Info Network Management Co Pvt Ltd was so poor. They never responding and they never gives you proper reasoning. Because they don't know anything about web. Simply says these guys are must sentenced to death.

Mr Sujeet form callezee yahoo from info network management receivd a cheque on 12 June, 2010 for website.After receing the amount in their account they people have not come to see me. Call ezee also fraud the salary,that totally cheated my salary.Mrs.Radha also fraud the salary..So please don't joining the INMAC same experience 3 months and still awaiting the services they have charged for.

I had paid call ezee Rs 6,000 /- for my company listing on talking yellow pages vide their contract number 6658 dated 03. 08. 2010. till now they have listed my company and when i call them they never come on phone and no response by them since 3 months, hence they have cheated me... SUCH A BIG CHEATER AND FRAUD COMPANY
