Worker name rathika she got me the order for this Google ads activate one year amount 3459 rupees. Now few days back she called me and told my Google ads going end date so one offer ready to u two year activate amount and digital card also freely provide to u sir. Today is last date so quickly pay that amount 5200 rupees. I get interest one person that amount 5200 rupees and pay on Google pay to sales manager nagarajan Mani that amount. That concern old work one person told me all them fraud activity. After I asked them to return my amount. They divided me there speech. Google don't have any amount to Google ads service that guy told me. So inmac Pvt ltd people cheated me.
So kindly take action on inmac Pvt ltd.

July 1st week I have said to design my company's website and gave them Rs.4000 in advance .More than 2 months they did not show me any kind of demos and after that on Sep 30 I directly went to their office and wrote a letter that they did not do the work given at time so i wanted my money back.After a month they credited into my account of RS.2000.and the balance amount is not yet paid by the company
They are not responding me back.So please kindly help with this issue. The vendor who came to my home is Prabhakar his contact no is [protected].Its been 8 months since they did not return my money

This has to do with the recent work order CAF No. 5528 that I had requested with Callezee otherwise also registered as Info Network Management Co. Pvt. Ltd. To aid my campaigning for the Councillor post for my Ward #128, I was approached by Callezee on seeing my ad that I had posted in a local tabloid.

I called a day before the end of campaigning - they showed a lot of energy in marketing the services and picking the order. I gave less than 30-sec voice recording of the message (in English) that had to be sent to the identified set of people. I had also requested that the message be translated into Tamil by a female voice and then both these (English and Tamil messages) be combined and sent as one single message. The sales agent also assured me that this would be possible and a sample message would be sent by 12 noon the next day (last day of campaigning). Waited abt 1/2 hr past 12 noon and kept calling the sales agent and the original call centre agent, who initially spoke to me, repeatedly to check the progress. The call centre agent started avoiding my calls. The sales agent kept saying that the someone was working on this. At around 3:30 pm, a call sent to me which contained only a tamil message and was no way near the voice recording handed over to them. I immediately called the sales agent and asked him not to proceed further and refund the money collected since I knew that this was going no where and the deadline of 5pm was nearing.

A day after the elections I spoke to the customer relationship manager, one Mrs.Radha, who hears all my story, empathises and adds that they had sent a few messages and that amount would get deducted. I argued with her saying that if the message was not the way it was supposed to be and I had not given the go ahead why was it sent to the recipients in the first place. Further, both English and Tamil messages were to be combined and and sent as a single message.

The following were the problems faced -
1. Sample message never came until around 12 noon
2. A message that came around 3:30 pm contained a voice message which was no way near the English voice recording I had handed over.
3. Without approval they had dispatched a few messages (only in Tamil) to a few recipients.
4. Even the message that was sent didn't contain the English message I had handed over
5. There was no one-point contact intimated.
6. The call agent disconnected my calls to avoid answering to the queries post 12 noon.

Overall, abysmal service. A big goodbye to Callezee. Call me @[protected] if you need more details.

Rakesh Kumar of Infonet Work Management Co Ltd was assigned to make a website regarding "CHINAR Studios" which is a studio which deals with photography work. Rakesh promised to make a website with al the designing work at the rate of RS 5500, he took Rs 3300 in advance and told that the work will be completed in coming week. Dear All,
Dont Ever Ever Trust Yahoo Call Ezee people. Neither Call Ezee heads are botherd nor the Yahoo Investors who have 30% stake in the compnay.
I have registered my company with them last week of June, the sales person who had come down had said to me the we get huge numbers of call for your indiustries. Listening to the numbers i was surprised however i had asked him to send 20% on the total number of query. 2 Weeks after sigining he contract did not get any call from the sales or customer care dept. Realted to my services begin started or not. After which in the third week i gave them a call n that is when my services were started. The Sales guy had mentioned about a Kit which never arrived nor a email stating that the services has been started. 2 weeks passed no SMS or Email from the them. Called the Sales rep who visited me said the top managers being partial and are ignorin my side of customers. Asked him to give me the number and he mentioned i am reacing office and call once figure out the issue. Gave me 6524 6541 / 6524 6522 asked me to talk to Ms. Ashraf, now these lady tells me i dont know what the sales rep has told you but, we cant give any commitment. Everthing depends on the call flow. I had a major argument with this lady which means that your sales team is informing with the right information. She said let me look into this and i wil porsonally call you back. I have been trying to get intouch with them since then no answer. I also wrote to two of heads of the Call Ezee Mr. Ritesh Limaye who is . V P at INMAC (CallEzee) and Keith Nelson MD International Emergin Market who had decided to invest in the company. There has been no reply to it nor any from CallEzee had given a call.

Today I called the Ms. Ashraf on the two of the above given number it kept on ringin. I tried calling again the both the numbers were busy. Tried calling the Sales rep who had come for the contract he answered my 9th call to him and said will call u back as was in a meeting. Ofcourse I certainly didnt want to disconnect the line. Again a same reply he will talk to his manager and revert. I asked him for the number he gave it to me. Mr. Mithes who heads the sales Dept. took all the details and said will call back.

I will certainly let you know what happend next.
