I'm also facing the same issue since 5 days. I have 4 websites hosting on it. Now 2 started running back but I can not access ftp, CP and 2 are still not working. Called many times but nobody picks up the phone. On chat, sometimes they say they are shifting their office and once told that the server got crashed. I do not know what to do. I do not have backup of the DB and it seems they also did not take any backup.

Yes 100 % true.They dont know manners at all. They dont care about our submitted tickets. This hosting company provides 99.9 % downtime. i hosted a website in the server 67.228.0.61 and one day server damaged and i lost all the data in it.i asked for the data back up and one technical support person namely David told me that the hard disk damaged and i have to provide them the databackup. i lost all data, email, and everything in that server. Please dont host any website in 2gbhosting. since they are frauds, they have different company names like HRNPTL, hostrightnow etc for doing fraud activities.
