This my worst hosting experience in my 5 year. They have just delete working domain names without informing me. I have 5 domain name hosted on window reseller plan but they have removed all file from 3 domain. Really a pathetic hosting. Please donot ever buy any plan from 2gbhosting. And everyday server remain down for atleast 15-30 min. Even after raising ticket for same they are not taking any initial step to over come server down issue. Beware Might be it is advertizing on microsoft website but it is not good for hositng. From adding a domain, configuring asp.net, php u have too raise a ticket event then server will down many times everday. Never buy hosting fron 2gbhosting, totally dissatified

    Hello Consumer COmplaints. I am using 2gbhosting for more than 1 year and i am facing many downtime from the day i purchased the service from them. Going down for 10 to 20 Min. And they Suspend our accounts without any reason, if we ask them they say DROP A TICKET to support department. SO i request you all never host your website with 2gbhosting. I have attached a Single report of the downtime i faced, There are many down times like this

      2Gbhosting — webhosting- cheap service

      I hosted my website in 2gbhosting.com with the help of a software company . After 4 months my website stops functioning .I submitted a support ticket at 2gbhosting.com and they told me that the server with the ip address 67.228.0.61 crashed. So i asked for the backup but they told that they wont keep any backup of the data or databases or email. so i dont know what to do at this stage. Please help me . I hope this is a fraud company . they...

      2GB hosting is a fraud webhosting company in India. They are [censored]rs.They dont know manners at all. They dont care about our submitted tickets. This hosting company provides 99.9 % downtime. i hosted a website in the server 67.228.0.61 and one day server damaged and i lost all the data in it.i asked for the data back up and one technical support person namely David told me that the hard disk damaged and i have to provide them the databackup. i lost all data, email, and everything in that server. Please dont host any website in 2gbhosting. since they are frauds, they have different company names like HRNPTL, hostrightnow etc for doing fraud activities.

      NO the above comment is WRONG .This is No.1 comany in India who is offering cheap services in a cheap cost . I hope their data centre is capable of hosting google or wikipedia websites. Their datacentre having latest machines which is running on pentium II, 64 MB RAM, 2 GB volatile HDD, 3.14 floppy to take backups. The have a fancy IP address 67.228.0.61 and the system that is assigned to this ip address is volatile in nature .The staff is very cooperative and ready to help you even in midnight. Thanks Naveen, Eva, Malcom, David, Shylesh, abhijeeth . You rock our databases. Dear friends come and host your websites in a cheap rate. This guys help to clean the database and webfolder daily. Thanks a alot Thankssssss

          2GB Hosting — 2GB Hosting - No customer Service, Data Loss

          I'm facing the problems with 2GB Hosting since many days. I have 4 websites hosting on its server and most of them are facing problems since last week. Called many times but nobody picks up the phone. On chat, sometimes they say they are shifting their office and once told that the server got crashed. I do not know what to do. I do not have any backup of the DB and it seems they also did not take any backup.

          www.2GBHosting.com, i have hosted my website www.dotnetpedia.net with them, since last 4 days domain is down. i asked the same day when website was down, they replied saying they have some problem with harddisk and they are correcting it.

          with cheap webhosting 1-5 hours of downtime is acceptable, but now its more than 4 days. I have this complain please consider.

            I recently hosted website with 2gbhosting.com.They allured me with great claims but within month they showed their true colors as i was charged excess payment for the shared hosting account and my website was put down illegally or unethically without informing me and not allowed to use the claimed diskspace or bandwidth and no reason given and only after submitting the ticket they told me that i need to upgrade to VPS with higher payment.Its the worst service that i have come across and seems to me the 2gb hosting indulges in unfair trade practices,cheating & amounting to deficieny of services. Nobody should host any website on 2gb hosting or their parent company called HRNTIPL. Both are fraud companies without credibility.They destroyed our work caused us much business loss and no refunds of excess payments not even for advance payment they took from us for a year.Worst worst Most Unreliable.

            Very true.
            we have gota downtime of 48hrs now and its not resolved yet!
            i havent seen any bloody company like this which will gof or these much down time withjout any notice or reply. They simply disconnect phone what they do call as Customer service!
            Yes they are really [censored]rs. They [censored] through my as*. All my database hosted with them is gone while the server 67.228.0.61 stoped functioning.
