[Resolved]  58888 — Chat Message problem

I am sending chat sms (e.g) s username msg to 58888 more than 50 out of 100 sms has not yet been received by the chat user to whom i m sending. I have complained it to the AIRTEl they said we are not responsible for this. But money has been detected from my account i need either the msg to be sent it to them r money back
