ARS tax free bonds — non receipt of interest

I HAVE 271 ARS TAX FREE BONDS.
THE INTEREST FOR THE PERIOD FROM 01.04.2004 TO 30.09.2005 ( THREE INSTALLMENTS ) HAS STILL NOT BEEN RECEIVED BY ME DESPITE SO MANY REMINDERS .
I WAS INFORMED THAT PAY ORDER HAS BEEN RETURNED BECAUSE OF WRONG ADDRESS WHEREAS ALL OTHER CORRESPONDENCE FROM YOUR OFFICE IS REACHING ME ON TIME EXCEPT THESE INTERESTS.MY PARENTS ARE RESIDING AT THIS ADDRESS FOR THE LAST 40 YEARS.
PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND CHECK MY ACCOUNT AND SEND A COPY OF ACCOUNT STATEMENT TO ME.

Special Undertaking UTI — Non Receipt of the Interest on 6.6% ARS Tax free Bonds

I had invested in the UTI Scheme of CGGF - 86 in the Year 1994. However as per the Notification in March 2004, The original units along with the units received on the reinvestment of the yearly dividend were converted into 6.6% ARS Tax Free Bonds. The interest on such bonds was supposed to be paid on a half yearly basis. However i have not received any interest on the same for the period April 2004 till date.

My niece Ishangi Rana holding 2 ID in the ARS Bonds.

We had made the application for the change of Bank mandate and revalidation of the returned cheques from the ICICI Bank for the reason that she is minor and her chequqes could not be deposited in her father account.
Twice our application rejected by your ' UTI Technology Service Ltd' .
The reason given in the covering letter was that the signatures were not attested.

Ishangi and her perents are residing at Sohar, Oman.They did attested their signatures from State Bank of Travencore - Manager, where they have the bank account.
I wanted to know from you what do you mean when you are asking for the attestation?

We have done attestation and still you people are rejecting the applivation just bebore the book closer.

This is the pure form of buracratic harresment to the small investors by well paid fat UTI managers.

On my enquiry at your Vashi (Navi-Mumbai) branch, I was told that the cheque had already been despatched at my earlier address at New Delhi where I am not staying now. Further whereabouts about my cheque could not be clarified by them. I would request you to let me know at my above email address the status of redemption at my above A/C.

6.6% ARS Tax Free Bonds — Non Receipt of Maturity amount & Interest

Dear Sir,

We are holding 6.6% Tax Free ARS bonds in Name of Rohan Parikh. Investor ID No.[protected] Bond No 42516783 for 262 Bonds & 42516775 for 332 Bonds. These Bonds are matured on 1/04/09 however till date we have not received Maturity amount.

In addition to above the Interest amount of these Bonds has also not paid.

Kindly look into issue and request to arrange for payment of principal as well as interest amount.

The above certificate was deposited at Lucknow office for payment with Bank A/C details & PAN no. on 16.6.2009. No information or payment has been received so far.
