Please be informed that maturity amount pertaining to Bond Certificate No 33287402, issued for 476 nos of Bonds ( value -Rs 47600/-) against Investor ID[protected] in favour ARUSHI ( minor) has not been received as yet .You are requested to look into this case and take necessary action on priority .

6.60% Tax Free ARS Bonds — regarding encashment of bonds
I have purchased 305 nos of ARS Bonds, which have matured on 1-4-2009. I want to know how to encash them.Is it necessary to send original bond. The Tax Free Bond No.48700047, Investor I D No.[protected], was matured on 01.04.09. The original Bond was sent through Registered Post No.1568 dated.08.04.09, but till date neither maturity value (Rs.29, 300/-) recieved nor any response. Dear Sir,
I have not received five interest cheque(6.60% tax free ARS Bonds) such as date1.10.04, 1.04.05, 1.10.05, 1.04.06 and 1.10.06 and maturity cheque date 02.04.09.I Nandan kumar sarkar(Minor) have 81 bonds.My investor Id no[protected] and Bond certificate no 36062045.I did not get above mentioned cheque for the wrong address.
so I would request you please kindly issue the above mentioned cheque in the following address as soon as possible.

I have send the 660 tax Free ARS Bond for redemption on 20-march-10.But till date I have not got any information regrading the same.I am calling in Ludhiana(Punjab) Branch so many times but they does'nt give any reply.I am totally hesitate from the service and also mentally harrassed because i need money on urgent basis.The detail of the bonds are:

6.60% Tax Free ARS Bonds — Interest warrants
We have purchased ARS bonds in the name of Shubhi Maheshwari Investor ID no.[protected] Bond certificate no. 38583107. Date of maturity is 1/4/2009. You sent interest warrants from time to time, but we failed to deposit those warrants in bank, as Shubhi has no bank account in India.
