I am holding 657 taxfree 6.60% ARS bonds with face value of Rs 65700.these were issued on[protected].bond certificate no is 40012125 and investor id is[protected].,date of maturity was[protected]. I had sent this certificate by post for redemption well before maturuty date to UTI INVESTOR SERVICE LTD per address written on bond certificate . till date i have not recd proceeds despite my reminders thru post as no email id was written on bond .. pl check up and send me proceeds togetherwith interest for the lapsed period of over 1 year .i am holding photo copies of certificate with me . my bank a/c no shall be given to you on receipt of your reply ,or else you may send me cheque at my mailing address of chandigarh with you , thanks ..sudesh v kumar w/o vishan dutt kumar I have not received the maturity amount of the bonds which matured on 1-4-2009. I am the holder of the following ARS Bonds:-
1.Investor ID No.:[protected], Bond certificate No. 50058620, No. of bonds: 433, Total face value: Rs. 43300/-, Date of allotment: 1 April 2004, Date of maturity: 1April 2009.
2.Investor ID No.:[protected], Bond certificate No. 50058727, No. of bonds: 508, Total face value: Rs. 50800/-, Date of allotment: 1 April 2004, Date of maturity: 1April 2009.
After the maturity date I presumed that the maturity amount will be send to me by DD on my favor or will be deposited in my Axis bank Satna M.P. Account no. [protected] as it was being done regularly for sending the half yearly interest. I didn’t get either the DD or the amount transferred to my bank account. I was also never informed that what I am to do with the bond certificates issued to me. Please either send me the maturity amounts to your earliest to avoid loss of interest to me or inform immediately if I am to surrender the bond certificates to your office or some authorized agent at Satna itself. I also have the same experience. The 6.60% Tax Free A.R.S.Bonds in the name of my daughter Vibhina got matured on[protected]Investor Id. No.[protected], Bond Certificate No.[protected] Face Value- Rs.3300/.( No.of bonds -33). In spite of two requisitions from this end in the months of March and April'09, there is no reply from UTI Investor Services Ltd.so far. UTI Services should make arrangements to send the maturity proceeds immediately. It is not known whether there is any grievance redressal cell to attend these matters.
