[Resolved]  6.60% Tax Free Ars Bonds — change of residential address and get proceeds transferred to my account

Dear Sir,

I have the above mentioned Bonds in the name of my minor son, Mr. Aayush Kochhar. The bond certificate no. is 47822033 and my ID No. is[protected] and the reference no. is 59825700.

Despite of my putting this complaint in your portal, i haven't recieved any feedback from you. I wan't the proceeds to be credited to my bank account, which is in your records.

Please do the needful, as i am in urgent need of this money to persue my son's education.

I had been posting my reminders time again reminding you to incorporate the change of our address in your records and also to transfer the proceeds of already matured bond certificate no. 47822033, My ID No. is[protected] and your ref. No. is 59825700.

I fail to understand when you people don't have to respond on customer's complaints, then why have you kept this site for? We now have started feeling that our money is doomed as this is the end of road for us to followups. You never respond on the letters sent to you phenomenal number of times. Please let us know that from now on where should we go.

In reference to above I wish to bring to your kind attention that through my letter dated 16.04.2008, I had sent you the letter from my bank state bank of India, attesting my signatures for your reference and records.
The copy of these letters dated 16.04.2009 are enclosed herewith for your ready reference.

Also, through that letter I had requested you to incorporate change in my residential address and was sent through AKASH GANGA COURIER LTD, vide their docket no. 10872101 dated 16.04.2009, which was duly received by your office on dated 17.04.2009.
The proof of delivery of this courier is also enclosed herewith for your ready reference.

But now since, almost one month has elapsed, I have not received any communication confirming any action on my request till writing of this letter.

Further, this deposit has already got matured and I wish to surrender this Bond to claim proceeds out of this deposit.
