99 labels — Defaults in every order they send across

This complaint is pertaining to the Online Shopping Company called 99 Labels

They have a very bad customer service etiquette. There is a default in every other order they send across. Its either a wrong product or a damaged product, or a different size of the product or a different color. Should we return the product it takes a month for them to process the return payment on the same. Sometimes we have follow up with them for about 3 to 4 months to get the repayment done.

What a pathetic Company that cheats the customers off their money in return for a bad customer service experience coupled with a bad product.

Please stop buying from them!! Only then will they know that the customers deserve to be treated right!

99labels - i want an explanation not justa resolution

I agree with you completely 100%.I have placed many orders with this company and most of the times they send you a bad product or wrong product.Instead of making online shopping convenient they will give you ten headaches for every order placed.They charge you rs 75 for shipping in a day and age when most online sites provide free shipping.They will claim that they deliver poducts 20 DAYS AFTER SALE PERIOD.generally a sale stays for 4-5 days So basically they will claim that they will send yoyu the product after 24-25 WORKING DAYS.But in some cases they will deliver product after 30-35 days, and that too after much foillow up.

If this much hassle is not enough then they will either send you wrong product, then they will have the audacity to say first send images and meail, then dispatch back product to them.Only after that will your original order/product be dispatched.So you might get your order after 40-45 days also.But the biggest danger is these people think they are getting a good bargain.But you are being sold pathetic products because they are used or old.i have myself had to return an expired cleanser and Now i have old and possibly spoilt skincare products in my hand.Thewy keep telling me that send back the products and take refund.THAT IS THE RESOLURTION/but i am not goin g to setl for some rubbish resolutiuon.I am A CONSUMER and I demand an explanation that why does this managemnt thin k they can keep defrauding people?WHo the hell are these people that they have the guts to send us expired or old products for the money we spend on their websites.Why does some online exec "RAJEEV" tell me that their CEOs email cannot be provided.Why she can take our money but not the compaints.i am not asking for a phone number I am asking for the CEOs email id.Because now I want a reply from the managemnt.When you send wrong/old/expired item once or even twice it is a mistake.But an expired cleanser, used skincare products, a watch of foreign brand with no actual dealer providing warranty (wheeras the site clearly staed that the watch had warranty) etc are not mistakes they are HABITS of cheating and scamming consumers.
