[Resolved]  99 labels — Money for cancelled order not refunded

I bought a bag online from 99labels.com on 10th January using my credit card. After around a month of purchase they cancelled the order saying they could not procure the bag. Since then I have been asking them to revert my charges back in my credit card but they haven't done. Everytime I call or write an email they say they will get back and will do it soon but it is still not done. Its been more than 2 months since the purchase and more than a month since my order was cancelled and they haven't refunded the money yet.
