I had ordered a product (order number[protected] from 99 labels.com on 25th Dec 2011.The product was defective and hence i returned it to the company , bearing the courier charges myself.The total cost of my product was 3000/- approx.Inspite of continuous follow up over emails and calls to customer care i ave still not received my refund amount Of Rs 3000/- from the company.Everytime their customer care representatives say 5-7 working days , but this nightmare has gone along for 4 months now.
