[Resolved]  99 labels — non refund of money in credit card

hi team,
I am a resident of hyderabad and i made a few purchases from 99 labels, online shopping mart.
I made the orders since on the web they seem to be fascinating but when i received the actual product they were not upto my expectations and also the ordered product has size constraints.

As per the procedure, i return the order to the address provided to me by 99 labels team.
But what i wonder is that they play very safe and have moulded all the policies in their favour and with that they are always in gain and consumer is always at loss.
They dont pay back the money in the source (either card/credit card or cash) and convert them into stupid credit points whoch are valid for a year.

On top of that they say that, our courier charges (that we spend while sending back the product) will be bourne by them, (maximum if 100) but what we get to see that here also, they play points game and these 100 rs are credited as bonus points which we are bound to use within 1 month (from the day they have been credited into our 99 lables account)

I wonder, why the online shopping governing body/authorities, accept such stupid policies where the end customer is always at loss and the service provider has always a win win situation.

like, in my case, my Rs 3300 for the dresses and 150 each for 3 couriesr is blocked with 99 labels and i am bound to spend these in a year and in a month respectively even i dont like the crap available on their site.

i would like to request the authorities to get the amount refunded in my creadit card and alo make changes to the rules set by the 99 lables and other such sites so that the consumer should be safe even if he/she is doing online shopping.
