[Resolved] 99labels.com — VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER CARE | |||
DON'T EVER TRUST 99LABELS.COM TO PLACE ORDER FOR ANY GOODS.....BE IT CLOTHES, ACCESORIES, SHOES,...etc. MY SAREE WAS RETURNED TO THEM AS IT WAS VERY DIFFERENT FROM WHAT I SAW ON THEIR ON-LINE SITE.IT HAS BEEN SIX MONTHS.I DID NOT ASK FOR A REFUND BUT JUST TO CREDIT THE AMOUNT TO MY ACCOUNT.IT HAS BEEN SIX MONTHS,THEY ARE STILL LOCATING THE PARCEL.I PROVIDED THEM THE COURIER PROOF AND SPOKE TO THEM....THEY ARE STILL SEARCHING!!! Iam i usually do shopping on online only this time i tried to buy product on 99 labels, after orders i came to know why i have placed order on such a worst online shoppie
NOne of the TOOlfree number of customer care will wrk idonot know why if the pone is not wrking what is the use of saying customer care.plz donot cheat people like that i iwll say to all my frnds to spread across to not to sho on this 99 labels very very worst customer care if we cwant to know the details of our orders jow can we proceed further is this the wroight way to treat customers.
