[Resolved]  Aaa Teleshopping — damaged stone

Even i have shopped from AAA teleshoping many times and once when i purchased an emerald stone, it was less lustrous. I was not satisfied and hence i called the customer care number and asked to replace it. I was amazed to see that within 2 days AAA teleshoping completed the whole process and very next day i received a brand new emerald. I can't believe that AAA teleshoping can commit anything like this. The customer care support is very friendly and gentle, i am sure if you file your complaint, your problem will be undoubtedly resolved.

today, i have ordered an Opel stone, but after reading few customer opinions i am little bit dis-heartened and worried about genuinity of my ordered product which i may receive later. i only like to say that AAA teleshopping must work hard to clear customer complain stains. it is the most prior among bulk selling of fake or bad stones.

I bought a 16GB SPY pen CAM they sent me A Spy pen cam of just 21MB, Can you believe it...I'm sending it back to them, let me see weather they send me ryt one this tym or not, otherwise I 'll take them to consumer court

Thanks for posting your respective queries on this site, i wished to purchase some products including rudraksh also and have made a query for their actual price on their mail id, they provided '[protected]@gmail.com '. It's been 2 or 3 months i haven't received response from them. Hence i haven't purchased anything. Moreover, on spiritual products, they are not sending any information regarding the priest or sansthan (including their phone no. or website if any) who have energized the items. I think they are just made bulk items of products for sale with no procedures adopt to make it blessed.
I am not satisfy at all. I recommend u all to purchase any spiritual or other items from rudracenter.They are the authentic one in the world and deals with original all sorts of spiritual products, although bit costly but they worth purchasing. Believe me, i have been shopping since more than 1 year and really impressed by their services, items, and delivery as well, u too feel good if paying for an original item, For more information, do contact me.

hi, i have ordered a body shaping undergarment for my sister in law on 11th April 2011, of which i mentioned that the size has to be L or XL, instead i received the order after 23 days, and the size is also not appropriate and neither the fitting was good. in regard of this I want my money back as soon as possible...is it possible to get the money back from the company.???

Always keep in mind how this people making fool to customer aforesaid Apr 1, 2010 by Naina the firs and Dec 15, 2010 by parbodh both are studpid puppets of company who are writing on behalf of the compnay why the didnt provide their contact number I have apporach to check whether this mobile number on which name registerd and where they belongs to . these people are employee of the compnay

Really its a fake company.I ordered air sofa on 24/12/2011.After a day i noticed there was a leak in it.several times i complained to replace it. To day the date is 21/04/2012. Till date no one is responding.They will ask for un-authorised tips for giving service.even though we agree, they will not not come second time.The air sofa is not the worth of Rs 5000/-, what the will telecat in TVs. just its a toy sofa.AAA is excellently misguiding the public.So friends, dont order for toy sofa.For the same Rs 5000/- you will get another worthful gift to your family

Ordered a spy key. Found that its defective. Called their customer service several times but every time they say that they will call back in 24 hours. However even after calling them every 24 hours for 1 week there is no progress on my complaint. It seems like my money is gone. Can anyone help pls.
