[Resolved]  Aaj Tak — Samsung Service Center not responding toward customer complaint regard Samsung Galaxy S4 GT-I9500

I would like to draw your kind attention that I have purchased Samsung Galaxy S4 GT-I9500 from Noble Mobile Shopee, Greater Noida vide bill no. 460 on date 11th august 2013 with warranty of 1 year of handset and 6 months of accessories . Since beginning of my purchase I was facing few issues regarding the phone which were

· Phone LCD blinking

· Low battery backup( 4-5 hour without wifi, mobile date not even playing games)

· Phone responding in strange manner (automatic application closure, volume getting to zero and automatic back key pressing) when stock headphone was attached.

I have informed Samsung customer care center about my issue since beginning and they use to give me some software solution which did not solve my problem. On 30th August 2013 I visited the Samsung service center and they told me that it is an android issue and they will solve it immediately by upgrading my Android OS. As service center person upgraded my OS it did not solve my problem I was still facing the battery and LCD issue. I again informed the Samsung customer care about the issue but they give me solution which uses to solve my problem on temporary basis. After facing a lot of problem with my phone I visited the Samsung service center again on date 28th September 2013. The service center person informed me that battery has swelled up and they will not replace the battery. After a long conversation with the Samsung customer care and service center they refused to replace my battery (Samsung Complaint No.[protected] with customer care executive Mr. Ajay and Mr. Narsingh). Even after informing the Samsung customer care about the problem since beginning I was advice to purchase a new battery. I have paid Rs. 41500/- for this handset and been 1 ½ months the battery issue and LCD issue had put me in lot of problem and I am highly dissatisfied with Samsung after sale service.

I would be very thankful to you if you can help me and guide me what to do.
