[Resolved]  Aavin Milk — non availability of aavin milk

i am 10 years old Avain customer facing lots of problem in getting avain milk.i am locating in west tambaram i am getting avain milk from west tambaram 007 point. Now a days the milk van is coming late at after.if i asked the shop person he is saying that his dealer Amutha Kumar is threatening him to buy private milk to get the avain milk thats why we are not getting enough milk in proper time.

Please make necessary action to clear this problem.

I bought my Aavin Milk Card from Ambattur O.T. Aavin centre and collect my 1 Ltr milk packet from Booth No. 241. This is not a booth, instead the milk trays are kept on the road and distributed to the public without refrigeration. Also the person who deliver milk keeps on abusing the customers and cardholders asking them to hand over their milk card to the unauthorized sub-agents, instead of bothering him daily. He also refuse to give milk to the cardholders whoever who come to the booth later than 6.00 a.m. and he sells those packet of milk for cash at a higher price.
In my case, every day he abuses me and is demanding that I give my Milk Card to Mr. Pandian, one of his sub-agent who collects more than 100 to 150 packet of milk from him daily on milk cards.
Since this booth No. 241 is operating against the rules and regulations of Aavin, we kindly request you to rectify this situation at your earliest convenience. If no action is being taken the public around this area may seek legal assistance to remady this situation.
