[Resolved]  ABN Amro / Aviva — Fraudulent transaction on my credit card

I applied for personal loan from ABN Amro bank. The person called me and took all the relevant documents required for getting personal loan. I received an email after few days from bank regarding large transaction being made on my credit card of Rs. 15000/ . I informed to bank that I havent made any such transaction nor I have purchased anything. When tried to clarify about the same, bank told that the transaction is for Aviva policy. I never applied for this policy nor I have received any documents regarding it. I never authorized bank to pay Aviva anything. Now they are sending me bills for the same adding up interests and late fees. I don't know what to do? I have complained it to both Aviva and ABN Amro bank and I doubt if there is any pact between them to sell policy in this way to customers!
